Authorization: I authorize Soulmate Nannies to search for a suitable childcare provider on my behalf. All of my questions have been satisfactorily answered.
Payment: I understand that all payments are due in full unless otherwise specified. Once the search begins, hiring a nanny or sitter is non-refundable, except in cases of error on the part of Soulmate Nannies, such as background discrepancies.
Hiring Responsibility: If I proceed with Soulmate Nannies and find a suitable match, I am responsible for all payroll matters concerning the chosen provider.
Rehiring: In the event of rehiring, a new fee will be applicable.
Confidentiality: All information exchanged during this process will remain confidential.
